What are the eligibility requirements?
To receive assistance, you must show proof of your veteran status with one of the following:
• DD-214
• Department of Veteran’s Affairs ID
• Department of Defense Department ID
• Driver’s license designating Veteran status
You must also have been discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable.
There are no income or asset limits or thresholds to receive these services
