The South Country Human Service Zone provides residents in Dickey, Emmons, Kidder, LaMoure, Logan, and McIntosh counties with a variety of support services. These include economic assistance programs like Medicaid, food and energy aid, child care assistance, and TANF, as well as child welfare support, behavioral health services, and developmental disability resources for children and families.
