State Resources

North Dakota Department of Emergency Services (NDDES):

ND Department of Health and Human Services (HHS):

    • Role: Oversees social services (provided through county/zone offices), behavioral health services, public health, and provides various assistance programs. Operates Regional Human Service Centers.
