The Minot Housing Authority provides affordable housing and support services for low-income individuals, families, seniors, and people with disabilities. They manage public housing properties such as Milton Young Towers and Henry Towers, as well as other apartment complexes, offering amenities like on-site service coordinators, community rooms, and access to local resources. In addition, they administer the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program to help residents secure safe, decent housing in the private market. MHA also partners with community organizations to address broader housing needs, including emergency shelter, job training, and supportive services.
