The Community Action Partnership of North Dakota’s Minot Region provides a range of services to support low- and moderate-income individuals and families across seven counties. These services include housing assistance such as counseling, home rehabilitation, rent and mortgage aid, and security deposit support; programs to promote self-sufficiency, including financial literacy education and case management for Social Security recipients; and emergency assistance like energy support, furnace and water heater repair, and home energy assessments. Overall, the Minot office works to enhance housing stability, reduce homelessness, and empower residents toward financial independence.
