The Community Action Partnership of North Dakota – Dickinson/Williston Region provides programs to support low- and moderate-income individuals and families. Services include Head Start and Early Head Start for young children, housing rehabilitation and development, energy assistance and weatherization, financial literacy and self-sufficiency programs, free tax preparation through VITA, and emergency assistance to help families in crisis.
