The Northwest Human Service Center (HSC) in Williston provides a range of community-based behavioral health services to residents in Divide, McKenzie, and Williams counties, as well as the Trenton Indian Service Area and part of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation. Their offerings include mental health services, substance abuse treatment, developmental disabilities support, and regional aging services. The center also supervises county social service programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal policies.
