The RSR Human Service Zone provides a variety of social services to residents of Ransom, Richland, and Sargent counties. Services include economic assistance programs like Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, child care, and energy assistance, as well as child welfare services, foster care, and home- and community-based support for the elderly and disabled.
