The South Country Human Service Zone serves residents of Dickey, Emmons, Kidder, LaMoure, Logan, and McIntosh counties in North Dakota. The Logan County office is located at 301 Broadway in Napoleon, ND. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, the office provides a range of economic assistance programs, including Medicaid, SNAP (food assistance), child care assistance, heating assistance, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
