The Walsh County Public Health and WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program, located at 600 Cooper Avenue in Grafton, North Dakota, offers a range of services to support the health and well-being of county residents. The WIC program provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, nutritious foods, health screenings, and referrals to other services for eligible women, infants, and children under five years old. In addition to WIC, the Public Health Department offers various services, including immunizations, maternal and child health programs, school health services, substance use and tobacco prevention, home visiting, and more.
